Powder Coater / Spray Painter

Are you an experienced powder coater? Do you have experience as a spray painter? Do you like working as part of a friendly and hardworking team?

We are looking for reliable powder coaters / spray painters to join our family-owned and run powder coating & sandblasting service in Pakenham, Melbourne.

➡️ About the Job:

• Spraying in our custom made spray booth. 
• Preventing re-work by a maintaining high level of attention to detail.
• Assisting in racking and packing when required. 
• Diverse workload across automotive, architectural, construction industries. 
• State-of-the-art, custom-built sandblasting, spray booths, ovens etc.

➡️ Skills & Experience Required: 

• Powder coating / Spray Painting experience. 
• High attention to detail and workmanship. 
• Be physically fit. 
• Friendly, well mannered and polite to customers. 
• Assist with pre-treatment, racking etc 
• Immunisation accreditation.

General Factory Hand

We are looking for General Hands and Warehouse staff to join our family-owned and run powder coating & sandblasting service in Pakenham, Melbourne.

➡️ About the Job:

• Treating steel products in preparation for powder coating.
• Racking products for powder coating.
• Assisting with abrasive blasting when necessary.
• Operating industrial ovens safely and efficiently.
• Interpreting and aligning to weekly and daily production schedules.
• Safely packing customer goods to a high standard.
• Safely loading customer goods to trucks, utes and vans.
• Diverse workload across automotive, architectural, construction industries.

➡️ Skills & Experience Required:

• General labourer / warehouse / production line experience.
• Basic ability to use hand and power tools.
• High attention to detail and workmanship.
• Be physically fit.
• Friendly, well mannered and polite to customers.
• Immunisation accreditation.
• Forklift License (we can help you get a license)
• Truck License (not required but highly regarded).
